Joy preparing a Bone Gang series for Raku firing New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Fest 08
Joy uses illustrative storytelling on the surfaces of her original clay art pieces. She strives to share the rich culture and heritage of life in New Orleans by capturing some of the character, colors and soul surrounding her. Joy lives in New Orleans in a turquoise house and is assisted in her studio by an assortment of pets.
